Organization Sign-up / Registry

You are about to begin the registration process with Eback Foundation. To complete the form, you will need the following:

⁠⁠Organization information.
⁠⁠Official documents of the organization.
⁠⁠Details that will be publicly displayed on the platform and will be key to attracting donations to your organization.

We recommend reviewing the attached PDF, where you will find the complete form. This will allow you to prepare all the necessary information and documents in advance to complete the process in a single session.

At the end of each section, click the “Submit” button to save your information and proceed to the next step.

To register as a potential beneficiary of you must fill online all the required data and information of the organization you represent.

The first step to qualify is to answer the sign-up qualifying questions. If you then qualify for registration, you will be invited to fill out all the information required.

Once all the required information is complete and all necessary documents are uploaded, you will be allowed to submit the registration request.

Eback will review the registration request and respond in the following fifteen (15) working days.
