We are a non-profit organization with 60 years of commitment in Venezuela, dedicated to transforming the lives of people with disabilities through their inclusion in the workforce. We've created a social innovation model—both in-person and virtual—with a 95% success rate, expanding access and participation. Across Latin America, 15% of the population lives with a disability, and 70% are unemployed. Addressing this reality not only transforms individual lives, but entire communities. We work alongside families, communities, and businesses, raising awareness, providing tools, and recognizing each person as an agent of change. We support selection, awareness, monitoring, and inclusion processes, achieving a real and lasting impact. Join us, donate, and be part of the change. An opportunity can transform a destiny.

Our Impact

Annually, we provide 400 job training sessions for people with disabilities and their families. We also facilitate 100 job placements in various companies for workers with disabilities, and conduct sensitivity training for 500 employees, raising awareness about disability and employability.
