1. Go to "Add Your Organization" ( https://eback.org/register )
2. Fill out the initial registration form.https://eback.org/register3. Check your email: you will receive an online access link with the complete forms.
4. Complete and submit all required information and documentation.

Once validated, your organization will be published on the platform.

What criteria are considered to accept an organization?

The Eback Board of Directors reviews each application based on:

- The organization’s identity and legal status.
- The mission of the organization.
- Governance structure (Board of Directors and executives).
- Community relations, impact, and track record.
- Current programs and sustainability.
- Screening against international control lists (OFAC, among others).
- Local and international reference checks.

What documents are required for the registration process?

You must provide: articles of incorporation, tax or legal registration documents, recent financial statements, organizational chart, evidence of activities, and other key documents depending on the country of origin.

Each organization will have a personalized digital showcase within the platform. This will include:

- Key information about the organization.
- A description of the organization and its main activities.
- A donation form.
- A QR code you can share on your social media and website.
