Helping Is Easy

"My connexion with the trees has been truly beautiful... For me, the restoration has been a form of healing. A healing for our territories that have been cruelly deforested by human hands. As women who give life, we continue with that mindset, bringing life back to the soil. We have restored several plots, streams, and water sources. It's amazing to be able to contribute to the nature preservation."- María Isabel Tabla

"We have been raising awareness within the community. "Our group currently consists of six women, some of whom are single mothers. The Impulso Verde Foundation has been providing us with training, teaching us how to propagate all the plant material we produce in the nursery, starting from the seed. We produce approximately 5,000 seedlings per germination bed. Today, we cultivate around 40 varieties of native species from our region. These species have brought significant benefits to our farming practices: for our own consumption, for sustaining the entire ecosystem, including the birds, wildlife, flora, and fauna of our region."- Camila Moreno
