FASINARM declares its commitment to improving the quality of life for children, adolescents, and adults with intellectual disabilities and their families. We are a Guayaquil-based NGO dedicated to serving people with intellectual disabilities and/or Down syndrome throughout all stages of life

Our Impact

FASINARM provides measurable results that demonstrate our deep-rooted commitment to the community. Our impact is reflected in the following data: Annual Support: We serve 300 students every year, ranging from newborns (0 years old) to senior citizens. Therapeutic Reach: Over the last 20 years, we have conducted more than 106,360 sessions of physical, speech, and occupational therapy. Workforce Inclusion: Since 2007—the year our Vocational Training Center for adults was established—we have successfully placed 144 students into various companies throughout the city.

Who We Help

Early Childhood Education Center: Serving children aged 0 to 6 with intellectual disabilities and/or Down syndrome from low-income backgrounds. Specialized Basic Education School: Providing tailored education for students aged 5 to 15. Technical High School in Hotel Services: Vocational academic training for youth aged 16 to 18. Vocational Training Center: Dedicated to adults with intellectual disabilities, providing them with the necessary skills and training for successful workforce inclusion. Annual Impact: We serve approximately 300 students every year, supporting individuals through every stage of life, from infancy (0 years old) to older adulthood.
