Programs

Kantaya's mission is to promote quality education and holistic development for children living in impoverished communities. It does this through two flagship programs: (1) Kantaya After School and (2) Podera. In Peru, in impoverished communities only 12% of children develop reading comprehension skills, and just 8% can solve basic math problems, limiting their future opportunities. At Kantaya’s After-School Program, we provide a safe and nurturing learning space where children develop academically and emotionally, unlocking their full potential. Through this program, we offer: - A proprietary educational curriculum focused on Reading Comprehension, Numerical Skills, and Technology to strengthen learning. - Socio-emotional skills development to build confidence and resilience. - Life experiences that broaden perspectives and inspire future aspirations. With this, we positively impact 600+ peruvian children every year in 8 centers in Peru, in the regions of Callao (3), Lima (3), Cusco (1), and Huancavelica (1), equipping them with the tools to break the cycle of poverty and build brighter futures. Join us in transforming lives through education. Donate today!
