We provide health and education services on sexual and reproductive rights for girls, teens and women in the State of Michoacán, México.

Our Mission

Through community education, dignified and qualified healthcare, and formal training based on the model of Professional Midwifery, we promote respect for sexual and reproductive health and rights for women and adolescents by strengthening their autonomous decision-making process and self-care in relation to their bodies, sexuality and reproduction.

Our Impact

Our impact for the last 16 years in the State of Michoacan: - 39 women formed as professional midwives - 45,966 women served in workshops on women's sexual and reproductive health and rights - 13,162 girls boys and teens trained in comprehensive sexual education - 313 natural births delivered by midwives and midwifery students - 13,571 women and teens served in gynecological and obstetric consultations provided by midwives - 650 women and their partners trained in birth preparation classes
