Programs

Across Chiapas, Oaxaca, and Nuevo León, we are opening doors to the future for children through a unique two-year immersion program. Every Saturday, passionate professional volunteers transform the classroom into a hands-on workshop, sharing their crafts and inviting children to explore the world of work through play and participation. From the precision of architecture to the curiosity of journalism, our modules don't just teach "jobs"—they build character. While a budding scientist learns to research, a young artist discovers the courage to express their emotions and speak before a crowd. Throughout this journey, we weave in essential life skills: the ability to work in teams, the confidence to form an opinion, and the empathy to give and ask for help. We invite you to join our mission and help us turn curiosity into opportunities for the future. Support our program today!

Who We Help

Our Beneficiaries: 2026-2027 Mundo de Talentos serves a diverse group of motivated young learners across Chiapas, Oaxaca, and Nuevo León. Our program is designed to reach two primary demographics: Primary Cohort: Students in 4th, 5th, and 6th grades (ages 9–12) from low-income families attending public primary schools. Alumni Network: Graduates of our basic program (ages 12+) who continue their journey through advanced mentorship and engagement. A Commitment to Inclusive Excellence Unlike traditional supplemental programs, we do not filter applicants based on academic grades. Our mission is to democratize access to career exploration by valuing potential over past performance. We recognize that the workforce of the future requires a wide spectrum of talents. Therefore, our curriculum gives equal weight to: Academic Pathways: Professions requiring formal university degrees (e.g., Medicine, Law, Architecture). Technical & Vocational Pathways: Skilled trades and practical training that are vital to regional economies. The Foundation of Success: Family Partnership The primary requirement for participation is a dedicated commitment to every Saturday session. This ensures the continuity of the two-year learning cycle. Because this journey requires a significant time investment, we foster a strong tripartite agreement between the student, the program, and the parents, whose support is essential to the child’s long-term success.
