With our comprehensive recovery model, we are a symbol of hope and a benchmark for social change.
We drive sustainable development from childhood to old age through integral and community actions.
To provide support and facilitate access to tools that empower hundreds of Colombians to overcome extreme poverty and hopelessness, achieve a dignified standard of living, and build a promising future.

In the Colombian Caribbean, thousands of families face poverty, exclusion, and lack of access to basic rights. At Fundación Granitos de Paz, we transform these realities with a comprehensive recovery model that dignifies life from early childhood to old age. We strengthen early childhood education with a high-quality Learning Center. We promote art, sports, and culture as pathways to peace. We promote health, well-being, and dignified aging. We generate sustainable income through urban agriculture and technical training. We provide support with a psychosocial, community, and gender-focused approach. Through these actions, we impact more than 8,800 beneficiaries annually in Cartagena, Bolívar, and Atlántico. Join this purpose and be part of a real transformation!
